Justin and his team did an excellent job, I was referred to Justin specifically by the Honda dealership in Melbourne Florida. I lived in Iowa when I hit a concrete pole with my Honda Pilot~ the day before it was to be placed on the truck to be shipped to Florida...talk about bad luck! I could not have my regular body shop repair center fix my vehicle and I was pretty worried about where and who would be doing the repairs. I knew nobody here in Palm Bay. Justin was a great person to meet, he not only had the confidence to assure me that I was making an excellent decision to use Gerber Auto Body but he kept me posted each day that my Honda was in his shop. He was able to complete the repairs a whole day earlier than expected which I greatly appreciated being it took us down to one vehicle . Very professional firm with people who car about the repairs to your vehicle. Everyone was efficient, professional and very cooperative in providing estimates and accomplishing the necessary repairs. Tom communicated progress, and any problems encountered, twice a week via phone. Tom clearly described the progress made and the estimated time left to complete the repairs. Very professional, Tom described every action in details that were very clear to understand and visualize. Every one from the estimates, to points of contact to the actual workers all performed with outstanding professionalism that resulted in our vehicle looking showroom new.
