FL - 2435 Forsyth Rd, Orlando - 11/5/16

I had some vandalism damage on the hood and quarter panel of my truck. I originally was heading to get a quote from another body shop in the area. I asked the other body shop if my damage could be wet sanded out. The reply was no and that it would be a minimum of $1500 to fix, but they didnt have time to give me an estimate. On my way back to my office I noticed the Gerber shop and decided to go in for a second opinion. The staff was extremely friendly. I spoke with Tiffany who was going to put the estimate together for me. She said she needed someone to take a look at the damage to see if it could be wet sanded. Well much to my surprise they said yes and asked me to pull my truck up into one of their bays. They immediately started working on it and I was out the door in less than an hour. I could have been happier and it made my day. ... When I went back to work, I went over to a co-worker of mine and told him you need to take your car to Gerber. The way they treated me is how all businesses should treat their customers. Next time I have paint and body work to be done, Im definitely going to Gerber and I will definitely be referring my friends and neighbors. Way to go, your customer service is excellent. read more

Called on Monday morning to make an appointment for an estimate regarding fixing my rear bumper quarter panel and was told to come in that same morning. My Estimator, Jeremy C. helped me right away. Showed him the damage and he told me it wasn't as bad as I thought it was and could I bring it in on Thursday morning. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company for your repairs.

I had a truck sideswipe me leaving black rubber on the fender of my new car. I stopped into Gerber in order to see if I should go through insurance or if less than my deductible. To my surprise they sent tech out immediately, he rubbed it out and the best was no charge. Thank you Gerber for your help. Highly recommend.

I don't normally post reviews - good or bad so here goes: My son goes to college in Ft. Myers. We live in Miami. I got a call that he had an accident. He was safe but the car didn't fair so well. The front end had body and mechanical damage. GEICO told me about Gerber. I worked with Frank by email, text and phone. He was very responsive. He went above and beyond at each stage of the repair. He didn't make promises that he didn't keep, which is so common in this industry. I never had to drive over there to resolve anything. I highly recommend Gerber - and ask for Frank.

George was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated on the different stages of repair and kept me informed of the different parts he had to order. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with his service as well as the front desk receptionist who was very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this shop.

They were very prompt, very polite, did an extremely good job on the collision work. They went the extra mile as when they were finished they cleaned the whole car inside and out. When I went to pick it up they spent all kind of time explaining the repairs and were exceptional in every way. I highly recommend this location in Cocoa Florida. They even buffed out my other headlight free of charge at my request.

They took such great care of me and did an amazing job on my car. I was initially told it was going to be about three weeks until my car was ready with all the damage that needed to be repaired, but they were able to knock it out in two! The phone calls twice a week from Josh S. were incredibly helpful in keeping me up to speed on everything going on. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone in Tallahassee!

I needed some damage to the hood of my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired and, based on the quality of work performed on my vehicles on several previous occasions, I brought it to the Gerber location in Valrico. Jonathan M. did his usual great job handling the estimate, scheduling, status update and completion process and the quality of the work was outstanding. Definitely a satisfied customer and I will return should I need vehicle damage repaired in the future.
