Hurricane Irma did some damage to my SUV, my neighbor recommended Gerber for a repair shop. I stopped by and got an estimate within minutes. I contacted my insurance they said Gerber was one of the companies they used . I took my SUV back to Gerber and 4 days later my SUV was repaired to perfection. The staff at Gerber is very professional and friendly . I recommend Gerber in COCOA FL for your repair's.

Kelly took over when Larry retired. Larry was great. Kelly was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could ask for. She made this experience far less stressful. Had a hurricane in the meantime. Kelly stayed on top of this. Brun took time to explain the issue and was far more patient than I would ever expected. Each time (4) that I entered the office, either John or Tom, always asked if I had been helped. That seems minor, but to a customer that is respectful. Jeff (the technician) explained the whole thing and again, more than I expected. Your staff at this shop should be praised for their customer service. And, the tech (I believe it was Jeff) has a talent and made my car look great. The bottom line, though, is the appearance of my car. I am truly pleased with the work that your technician did on my car. Please make sure that he knows that ... customers appreciate his talent and detail. Having an accident is stressful enough. Your service people relieved some of that stress. I drove away in my repaired car with a smile and am committed to tell my family and friends and anyone who asks how incredibly pleased I am with Gerber Collision and & Glass. I simply can not say enough good things about Samantha and Debbie. I literally wish every company I ever did business with would treat me the way the two of them did every step of the way. They really made me feel like I was in the best hands even when I had to leave my truck down in Florida through hurricane Irma. My truck looks great! A first class job by all involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone.
