Excellent customer service. Darlene walked me through ever step from beginning to end; including car rental information. Michael O' stayed in constant contact with me regarding my collision repair and even another issue I had them fix while they had my car. I am not sure of the shop guys names that did the physical part of the repair, but they did an amazing job. Looks better than it did before. I would and have recommended Gerber Collision and Glass several times and will continue to recommend them at any given opportunity. Great job y'all!

I was attended to right away by Janet and the staff was great. Manny, the estimator, walked me through the process of the damage and what I needed to do with the rental car service. My SUV was backed into and my front bumper needed to be replaced. Gerber was chosen by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They did everything - it was like being in a luxury hotel. They contacted the rental car company to come get me when I dropped off my SUV for repair. I had it back in 4 days and they even took the rental car back for me so I could do the exchange on my lunch break. They had my SUV waiting under protection from the inclement weather. All I had to do was sign some papers! My SUV looks great and my experience was great. I am very pleased and impressed. I will highly recommend them and will go to them on my own from now on. Thank you Gerber and Jared. :)

Staff was courteous and professional. Very helpful. I had collision repair on back bumper. Looked like new when completed. Actual price was a little less than original estimate. Also washed and vacuumed the car. Would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow! I am so very happy with the service I received at Gerber Collision located at 1340 Cassat Ave. Jacksonville, Florida. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The repair on my vehicle was done quickly but with high quality workmanship. My vehicle looked amazing when I picked it up. I was very happy with the repair and service. Anthony T. Sr. was my Estimator. Anthony is very friendly and you can tell Anthony loves his job. Anthony kept me informed through every step of the repair and he truly cares about the customer. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again in the future if needed and I will recommended Gerber Collision to my friends and family.
