What an awesome experience working with Gerber after a rather terrible mishap/collision with my Dodge Ram. They were all extremely pleasant and professional. They kept me informed via text messages while I was out of town regarding the status of my repairs, when the vehicle went to the paint shop and when they completed each portion of the repairs. They did an awesome job, the vehicle on the repair side looks like a brand new truck. Great Job, highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and gave me a reasonable timeframe for when my car would be ready. Everything was handled professionally. I especially want to shout out the front desk representative-she was so sweet and personable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Had best experience possible. All staff friendly, professional knowledgeable. Updated me regularly on progress, apprised rental company of my needs so I had nothing to handle but drop off vehicle and pick up. My car looked amazing , they detailed inside and out after finishing work. I would use them again for any work I needed done. Recommend them highly to anyone !!!

I called into this location to get a customer pay estimate, Spoke with a Sheri Henderson she told me to come on by she would fit me in, that being said i went to the other location off Tennessee St. and have called multiple times but he has never called me back. She wrote the estimate right then and there was so helpful. She explain the processes if we choose to go through Progressive. As a family right now we are going through it, she was kind and just over all sunshine in a dark time. We will be getting car fixed at that location if their able to do the work. 5 Gold Stars to this young lady.

I had pulled up too far on my concrete parking barrier at work and the front bumper as well as the black thing under the front of my car came off. Everyone at Gerber could not have been kinder, especially Guy. It took a half hour and not only did they not charge me, but he wouldn't even take a tip. He just told me to pay it forward. My friend needs new glass replacement and a paint job on her car, so she'll be going here. You know you can trust them if they are so kind and generous. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
