My First time at Gerber to fix my car. I was welcomed by Donna who is one of their Estimate Adujuster.She was very professional and polite, she walked through the car, gave the estimate and told me to drop the car if i wanted to do the work. I told her i needed a ride back home she went out of her way to drop me home. the car was ready a day earlier, i asked her if she could pic me up, she obliged.I would recomended this place for thier good work on my car and to be happy to have been taken care by Donna. Ill give this place 5 STARS. and 5 STARS To Donna.

From the time I entered the door I felt as if I was a number one priority. Libby, at the desk handled everything and was quick with answers. Matt was awesome as well. He was on top of things and keep me informed with updates. Another reason why I was totally happy with the service is because they paid for the entire time I had a rental . Blew my mind.
