They were amazing! A motorcycle crashed into me and after everything was done with the police, I rode with the tow truck over to Gerber. They had a view of the highway where it happened, saw all lanes were shut down, and knew something kind of scary happened. When I got there, they automatically knew I had been involved in that and were so caring. They took care of me personally before professionally. They made sure I was okay, checked if I needed anything first, could they call anyone for me... That meant so much to me. They saw me as a person and not just a customer. When it came time to have my car repaired, they kept me updated everyday on where they were at with it and what damages they found. I couldn't believe it when they called and said it was ready! They were beer quick with the turn around. When I went to pick it up, I again ... felt so welcomed and taken care of. I saw my car and couldn't believe there had ever been any damage. It looked as new as when I bought it! I had an amazing experience with Gerber all the way from start to finish and would definitely go back! read more
