Oh wow! Where do I begin! My whole experience was amazing. My estimator Heather, was so nice and explained the process. My repairs were done so well. They really do what they say they are gonna do! And kinda embarrassed to say , but due to recent health episodes, my CRV was filthy in and out! Well I thought I was picking up someone else's car! The outside was washed so clean , and the inside was cleaned ,vacuumed and the dash was cleaned. All cleaner than I've seen in years! Thank you Gerber for going above and beyond, that you font see many places today! I will recommend you to everyone! Thanks

They kept us updated every couple of days as to the progress of the repairs, handled the insurance, and the rental car. We dealt mostly with Brian and he was great. I am sorry If I get her name wrong, but I believe it was Holly, she was the receptionist/account management/customer service etc.. lol. But, she was awesome! She was super friendly, very attentive and aware of my situation. She handled everything very professionally and fun at the same time. It was an absolute breath of fresh air with my experience here. The guys who looked it over were also amazing! They even did a little extra detail I pointed out and it meant a lot to me that it was done! I've never heard of Gerber Collision before! I've always went local and chose a location myself (which was time consuming with my job). Being able to do everything through the Geico app and finding this place was so easy! And I'm so happy I did! I will definitely be back! You've got a new long time customer! A+++ Absolutely appreciate you guys!

I got paint splattered on the hood of my car from highway construction and Gerber's did an outstanding job fixing the damage. The hood looks brand new! Speedy service; the car was done in one day. Fantastic customer service all around. I highly recommend. The GM was super helpful and addressed all of my concerns.
