30 days after rear end collision repair at Gerber, my rear passenger wheel well molding came undone. I had to remove it for fear of it coming off on freeway. I usually don't take the time to do reviews but definitely thought this was worth it, customer service was excellent!! Shabeer was the person who I was in contact with upon arrival and he walked me through everything. I had previously spoke to a lady named Jess she was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me and even setting up my appointment. When I arrived Shabeer talked with me and then another man Dwayne come and did the estimate and walked the vehicle thoroughly explaining everything to me. I thought it was very professional that they helped me all while explaining the process of what would take place next. Shabeer was in contact with me giving me updates on vehicle status. My vehicle was done by the promised date, also my vehicle was clean and vacuumed to my liking. This place definitely deserves five stars maybe more. ... All my future repairs or me referring family and friends will definitely use Gerber Collision on 6th street!! I just wanted to take a couple minutes and thank Gerber Collision in Canandaigua for the AWESOME SERVICE! My Kia Forte looks as good as new. The estimator, Hannah, was so nice to work with! Due to my lack of experience (thankfully), this process hasn't been the easiest for me but Hannah put me at ease and was professional, friendly, and very helpful with answering my questions!
