I was kept VERY well informed along the entire process - the updates were much appreciated...when someone said they were going to call on "xyz" day, they did. That's not very common these days. There was an unanticipated issue that was discovered with the brakes on the car - Kyle called me right away and explained it in detail and that repair was done too. I am SOOOO glad this was discovered in the shop and not when my daughter was on the expressway. Will definitely recommend to others and would return without hesitation in the unfortunate instance of body damage to one of my vehicles.

They are the best I've worked with. When I just got my car repaired I noticed there were some scratches near the repair area. They showed me the pictures at each stage that showed the scratches came from probably a parking lot incident after I got the car back, then had a guy come out immediately and buffered those right out. They've done this on a previous car also. Really impressive customer care!
