When someone hit my beautiful 2020 SUV, I just wanted to cry!! Our insurance company recommended Gerber for my daughter's car in June, they did a great job, so I had it towed there. I honestly thought it would never be the same! It took awhile, they took their time and did a PERFECT job!! The big test for me was seeing if it drove the same as before. It was like new again!! I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Gerber!! You seriously made my day!!! ??

Unfortunately, I am OCD and almost never find anything that meets my true standards. So, when I had my only accident in 30+ years and was so angry with myself and was also exasperated that I did not know where to find a really great collision repair shop. However, Gerber Collision and Repair on Marco Island surpassed my highest hopes and truly overwhelmed me with PERFECTION. Before choosing them, I had actually visited 5 other repair shops and found myself quite depressed about the possibility of getting my "like new" scratch less, dent free Honda even adequately repaired. But, after seeing this business and talking with their professionals, I went from despair to DELIGHT. Jeri, the office manager, warmly greeted me and gave me a detailed overview of the insurance, car rental, and communication/ updates processes...with EVERY ... step conveniently managed by her. Jeri then introduced me to Keith, the shop manager and supervisor, who with great empathy, proceeded to take very detailed photos of my car, confidently pointed out even areas that even I hadn't noticed, explained the repair process, and with obvious respect for my concerns, warmly reassured me that when my repairs were done my car would look like new! And, was I overwhelmingly pleased by the results!. My paint is an opalescent white and I I anticipated some challenge at least in getting that matched without a flaw, but I, even after scrutinizing my car, was amazed and overjoyed that my Honda was ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION. GERBER COLLISION did EVERYTHING to make my experience EASY and impressive with the very UTMOST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and the UlTIMATE in CAR REPAIR. The Body shop was so clean, parking for repairs and completed work was quite organized and ample, service personnel were dressed in uniforms and looked professional.
