They had some difficulty in the area where they were working, due to previous work by another company, but took extra time on it and did an exceptional job. I went in to have some damage to my car door evaluated. As a walk- in, I was surprised that one of the staff was able to look at my car within two minutes. He fixed the problem with the door in less than a minute, and did not charge me anything. I had some problems with a different Gerber location in Elgin during the past year, but this location is top of the line. I highly recommend the service at this particular location.

I would like to recognize and thank 2 of your employees who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Gerber location at 9200 Transit Rd / Amherst , NY. 14051...Their names are Chuck and Dale. My car was spray painted and I was going there to get an estimate but to my surprise the two guys were able to remove the paint from my car without it being painted..
