These people were great. This is the second time I have used this company with 2 separate cars. This last time I had issues with antifreeze leaking from my radiator I went back 4 times and they tried to fix it but were not sure if it was the water pump or the radiator. They told me to take it to Hyundai but if they find out it was the radiator don't let them fix it Gerber would. It was the radiator and Gerber fixed and refunded the money I paid for Hyundai which was $150. Kelley the receptionist was great as well as everyone else. They were super nice and I would definitely recommend them to anybody

Impressed! My new to me Mercedes needed some badly touched up door chips fixed. The folks in the Wilmington shop were the best to deal with from the initial look at the car and all through the final repairs. -Excellent customer service from all involved, including detailed updates throughout the process. Other shops should follow this approach. -A small job, but treated like a big job, scheduled and performed to schedule. Nice, no delay surprises. -Clear instruction on future washes and waxes were provided, showing they care about their work after you drive away. -Insurance handling was painless. Bottom line, the car door was completely re-worked, couldn't be more pleased, looks like factory level of effort, if not better. Thank you.

Truly fantastic service. As a victim of a hit-and-run -- I was understandably pretty concerned/frustrated upon arrival. Fabian in particular was very professional and helpful in assuring me that the damage which I thought was catatrosphic was fairly routine and wouldn't be an issue for the techs. The guys did a great job on my car and even cleaned it up for me, which I didn't expect. As a result of some unknown battery issue (probably my fault), some of my car's features started acting out of sorts -- Fabian and his manager personally worked with me to get my car in ASAP and catered to MY schedule, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore the technician (forgot name, sorry) was willing to explain the issue to me at my level. 10/10 -- great people, great service.
