Excellent service! The staff at the Madeira are very professional and thoughtful. Amber helped me with the rental car arrangement when I fix my car. Don works on my car until I am satisfied. Every time I ask him, he is always patient, explains very clear, and help me to solve the problems. He even expands his service one mile wider and one mile deeper. One day my car couldn't start on the school parking lot, he came out in the cold weather, and gave a jump to my car. Then I can drive home. Otherwise, my son and I will stick at parking lot. I very appreciate Don's professional service and his kind caring manner to customers!

This place is impressive. Sherry, my first contact has an above normal attitude. She was by far the most friendly, helpful, sweetest person I've had to deal with in a very long time. She made me feel as if I was family. We even talked a lot about family. Showed pictures of my 90 year old Dad, and she had nothing but kind words about him. Always happy to hear from me when I'd call her about anything. She even knew how to drive my stick shift vehicle. She's very knowledgeable on the damages I had and gave me a great feeling on leaving my pride and joy pickup with her. I don't want to see her again about any accident, but I will truly miss her kindness she showed me. If my name was to be drawn, I would give it to Sherry, in appreciation. Could not have asked for a better experience with a collision repair business. Brian was amazing and went the extra mile over and over through the whole process! Was kept up to date on timelines, and what was being done to my vehicle. Replacing the frame and bed on my truck after a rear end collision with a semi was no easy task. I scoured this truck from top to bottom and could not find a single issue. They did an absolutely amazing job repairing, painting, and the final fit/finish of the vehicle. Truck looks better than new and the work was done in about half the time I was expecting.
