I want to say Gerber did a great overall job. This was my first accident and having to be in the situation was a littler nerve recking. I appreciate the front being able to get me in for drop the same day the insurance company reach out to them. Michelle was GREAT she answer any questions I had and I appreciate keep me up to date no matter if it was good news or bad. I can't speak for everyone but for me those calls kept me at ease. I hope never have to see them again due to those circumstances but if I did I won't allow anyone else to do body work on my vehicle. Thank you guys again

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. This was our third wreck in 14 months, and our first experience with Gerber. I will never use another shop. The staff is friendly, the work is fantastic and their communication is excellent! They go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is taken care of and feels appreciated. By the end of the process, you feel like family. And the fact that they washed and vacuumed out my vehicle before pickup, was a wonderful surprise. I literally cried. In a world that seems to be dollar driven only, they made me feel like I was appreciated as a customer, not just another job or dollar.
