They were completely transparent in showing me the car progress and what the hold ups were during the process. Everyone at this location was awesome! I would prefer to use this location as my go to collision repair shop!

My rearview mirror detached. I went to O'Reilly's and picked up a repair kit. Followed directions and it held for 24 hours only to detach again. Called Gerber to ask if they could fix it. Talked to Christina. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Went in and she fixed it quickly. So far, it's still mounted! They have my future business for any other needs I might end up having! Recommend!

Since you don't have an on-line survey (maybe you need one?) I'll answer your questions here: 10 -- Completely satisfied with customer service. It was helpful that I got a ride home when I dropped of my BMW. 10 -- Finished a day early. 10 -- I did have to return for an unforeseen problem with my hood latch -- it was taken care of promptly 10 -- Fabian stayed in regular touch via email to let me know the status of my repairs. 10 -- If it ever comes up I would recommend Gerber in Evanston.
