I hit a raccoon. Damage didn't look bad but the car started dripping fluid. Gerber put my car to the front of the list rather than having to wait a couple weeks for it to be worked on. Gerber did a great repair job. They kept in constant contact (via texting and phone calls) with me throughout the entire job. Thanks Sarah and Jackie for keeping me informed. I will definitely recommend Gerber.

The process began with my phoning for an appointment to have an estimate completed. The initial phone interaction was outstanding. The Gerber folks assisted with every detail to include having the rental car folks pick me up at the time of repair. Their courteousness and professionalism throughout, made the entire process painless. They were obvious in their efforts to make it all easy for me by providing an unparalled level of service. They kept me advised during the time of the repair and at completion the workmanship was flawless. I could not be more pleased. In my interaction with the folks at Gerber; they made a difficult and normally unpleasant situation straightforward and uncomplicated. Finally, I used Gerber in ... Tampa, FL about seven years ago. They were the epitome of professionalism. It is obvious they have gotten only better over time and they have the highest recommendation I can give.
