This wasn't my choice as I was not at fault for the collision, however, Matt at Gerber went above and beyond. He explained in detail what would happen and kept me informed via text & email. The crew who did the auto repairs did a phenomenal job!! My husband was even impressed- and that's rare!! The woman at the front desk was amazing from start to finish!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for Auto Body/Glass work done in our area.

Our vehicle went in on a Monday and 2 days later Kacy called telling us it was ready. AMAZING!!!! My experience with Gerber has been exceptional. Used them now a 2nd time because their work is fantastic!! Really good work! But I have to comment on how Mark & TJ made the process even better. They are informative & try to get you the answers you need. It was unfortunate we got caught up in the global shipping problem with parts but that was not Gerber's fault. Mark tried very hard to resolve our problems with never an attitude. True professionals! Thank you Mark and TJ for helping us!!!

The team was absolutely tremendous in fixing the damage, but the 5 star rating is truly because of their amazing customer service! I was recovering from surgery when the vehicle went in for repairs. Because I could not operate a vehicle, the team offered to drive the car to me once repairs were finished. Their generosity is so appreciated and I will be recommending this location to everyone I know!

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone I think his name was Jake I can't fully remember but I do know he gave amazing customer service. He went to the extent of looking two different stores for me and was able to get me set up in a early appointment. This man definitely deserve a raise because that's what great customer service looks like.

My vehicle was brought in on 8/7/2022 due to an accident the initial completion date was supposed to be on 8/26/2022, but they had a small hiccup which pushed my completion date to 9/2/22 to my surprise, I got a message from them today 8/29/2022 letting me know that my vehicle has been completed, as far as the delay I didn't have a problem with because it does happen, I was excited to find out that my veh was ready for pickup and to my amazement, it looked like a brand new car like nothing had ever happened to it, these guys are amazing and Justin, My man Justin I appreciate u keeping me up to date on the daily about my vehicle, you made my life so much easier thanks a millions and they also swapped out my badges for me and washed her up you guys are awesome
