When it came time to pick up the car, a family emergency made it difficult for me to come in and she went out of her way to see that the car was delivered. Gerber took my vehicle in which was involved in an accident on September 7th, 2022. And 20 days later I get it back better than original, what a fantastic great job they did on the body and paint. And due to no fault of Gerber, the parts that were shipped to Gerber had to be sent back for proper replacement. I really appreciate great job they did and the timely text messages and updates. If I ever have another issue like this, I will be carrying my ride to Gerber in Sanford, NC. Thanks for a job exceedingly well done!

Wendy and the team at the front desk made the my repair experience pain free. Every step of the process was explained clearly and I was updated regularly. Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of at a time when I felt vulnerable. The repairs looked fantastic and I can say without hesitation the the inside was looked 10 times better then how I left it.

I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!
