Haven't gotten my car back yet but still wanted to share my thoughts on the positive aspects of my experience so far. Very good experience with getting updates on the status of my repair job. I think I had reasonable expectations about when the car would be finished but it was really nice and unexpected to get several calls from this shop letting me know when my car repairs had started and later on the status of the repairs. I have no problem complaining when things are not right but I also want to share the positive experiences as well.

The communication throughout the entire process of my repair was stellar. I got texts, personal calls, and emails about my repair end date and updates along the way. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted me if I needed a question answered. I will absolutely be using Gerber in Kenosha for any of my future repair needs! (Hoping I don't need them though lol)

Great service, they made it really easy for me and went above what I was expecting. When my rental was about to be up, one of the ladies called them for me to tell them that wasn't the right date on the agreement. I work crazy hours so, it was nice not to have to deal with that. Everyone is super friendly.

When had an excellent experience with Chris & team. We came to Gerber because of a previous positive experience we had with Chris when you were Prestige. This time, I spilled a gallon of gas on the floor of the second row of our suv. The smell was overpowering. Chris immediately said he thought Gerber could help, but also set our expectations that the ultimate solution may be to replace all of the carpeting and padding. Chris kept us updated through the process and returned a vehicle to us with a significantly reduced smell of gas, without the large additional expense of manufacturer provided carpeting and padding. Chris and team definitely exceeded our expectations. We will certainly recommend Chris and Gerber.

We had a great experience with Chris Z and your team. We came to Gerber because of a previous positive experience with Chris & team when you were Prestige. This time we brought a tough situation as I had spilled a gallon of gas on the floor of the second row of our SUV. The smell was overpowering! Chris was immediately open to helping us, but also set our expectations that despite their best efforts, he may not be able to get 100% of the smell out without replacing the carpet and padding. Chris kept us updated on his progress, and returned a car to us which was significantly improved, with only a hint of the previous overpowering gas smell. Chris and team exceeded our expectations without the need to spend a significantly larger amount of money replacing the carpet and padding.

We were involved in an accident in Abbeville, LA on 9/21/22 when an 18-wheeler hit the front end of our 2018 Chevy Tahoe.
