For the second time in just eight months I was involved in an accident neither being my fault. After this most recent accident I instantly knew I was taking my car back to Gerber Collision. They did such a wonderful job after the first accident. It was a headache getting through the insurance process this time because the other driver was Door Dashing at the time of the accident. Gerber Collision was so patient with me rescheduling my assessment several times just waiting on the Door Dash insurance to move things along. The individuals who work here are professional and courteous. I was updated every step of the way. They did such a great job on my car and I appreciate their hard work! Thank you

Great service great quality work was done to my car only reason I gave three stars was because when I picked up my car post repairs the front staff seemed a bit unnecessary aggravated, and they said the had fixed my speaker from where the damages where done but that wasn't the case unfortunately overall good work mid experience

From the first phone call to set up appointment to the pick up of the repaired car, the customer service was amazing. Really appreciated the phone calls along the way to keep us updated. Gave great assurance that we were a priority to the staff. Bob and Jeremy were the people we talked with the most and they genuinely cared about us and our vehicle. Showroom was always comfortable and clean and front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Overall an excellent 5 star experience.

I arrived 20mins early to the W Beltline location of gerber collision & glass for my appointment, and instead of having to wait, they processed everything right away and got me on my way. They did a nice job on the body work and painting. They got it done within a few days which was quicker than I expected. The people working there were nice and professional.
