Excellent experience, Vehicle was repaired and returned ahead of estimated completion date. Regular texts and calls were received on progress of the work and the changes to completion schedule. All the eprsonnel that I encountered were pilite and professional. And to top it all off, the verhicle was returned super clean inside and out - the interior was a little bit of a mess when delivered so the cleaning was appreciated.

The process took longer than i initially expected (2 weeks), but the result exceeded expectations. She looks brand new! Farmers Insurance Claim Number - SLU08127 Farmers Group Property and Casualty Insurance Company. I brought my car in on February 8 for repair. When I was told to pick up the car over six weeks later, there were so many things wrong with the car that were not even issues when I dropped my car off in February. I tried dealing with the service manager to no avail. He was ultimately replaced by Adam. I cannot speak highly enough about Adam and his attention to detail and his high level of customer service. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. Before Adam, I was extremely unhappy with Gerber. Since he took over the Thorndyke location, the caliber of service and quality of repair work have returned to the high level that I experienced years ago. Thank you, Adam. Gerber Collision & Glass needs to reward Adam for bringing quality ... and professionalism back to the Thorndyke location.
