I have experienced great customer service and body work with this company. I unfortunately had my car in to be worked on twice this summer. I had scraped the drivers side of car against a big planter at a hotel. No damage to the planter. Less than two weeks after getting my car, I was rear ended and the damage was major. fortunately the person at fault insurance company covered that repair. Larry, the general manager is so professional. I appreciate the customer service they provide.

I am very satisfied with the work to my car. Only took a total of 3 days and all of the employees were super nice and informative. Mario was extra nice and stayed late to meet my needs as I was stuck at the train to pick up my car at 5:30 so I wouldn't have to pay another day of a car rental. It was super convenient to just drop off my car and someone from Enterprise bringing the car to Gerber. I also like that I was able to have Gerber check the rental in for me when I picked my car. You only allow 5 ?? but I think it deserves a 10 ?? rating.

Very nice people to work with at this location. They did a beautiful job on my Honda. Looks better than new! <y hatchback was damaged and so they a lot of work to do to take off the emblems the lights and other trim, nut it is perfect.

I am in love with the customer service and care that I received at the location in Pelham. They took my truck right on in and had it done before the date they told me it would be done. They called me everyday with updates on the progress of my repairs. They even cleaned out the inside of my truck and I know it was messy, being a mom of 3 with every activity in the world to do!! I truly appreciate the quickness of my repairs and the great customer service I received at Gerber Collision in Pelham.
