Jordan followed up with many updates per week and made very good progress. The vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and there are no issues with the vehicle. Gerber service was great ! Love the regular phone call updates on the status of my vehicle. Service was quick, and when there was an issue, they pulled my vehicle back in and addressed it, and got my vehicle back to me within minutes. Other than the close proximity to my residence, this is why I always pick Gerber.

Stan and his entire crew did an excellent job of helping me with my vehicle. Fender benders are never a fun thing to deal with but the staff at Gerber/Mooresville were so nice and a joy to work with. They got my car in, in a timely fashion and right back out again. Plus, Ruby Sue the Subaru looked amazing to boot! They even detailed the inside! She looked good as new inside and out. Stan and the staff made the whole process easy and even enjoyable! Thanks Gerber/Mooresville for all the help and keeping me informed all the way through the process. Gerber was great! They are very friendly, efficient (my vehicle was fixed great in six days) and they call you every Tues/Thurs with updates -That is unique IMO -and are great and helpful with rental car communication and transactions. Leslie the Office Manager is wonderful, calm and efficient. I hope not to need collision repair again but will definitely choose Gerber if I do,
