My experience with Gerber has been exceptional! Dan C fully explained what needed to be fixed on my SUV and exceeded expectations upon completion. Communication was thorough and frequent and I received my vehicle quicker than expected. The staff were also amazing and helped with getting me a rental car during the repair. Highly recommend Gerber Collision!

Professionalism while still maintaining a "family" type of feeling which lent a comfortable smoothness in the entire experience. Quick and efficient with excellent communication. Having gone through the damage prior to bringing my vehicle in, I had a good gauge as to what needed to be replaced/repaired. There were a couple of issues that they could have easily said would need expensive repairs and that nobody would question them on, but they were honest, and forward on their assessment. This is not the kind of place I would expect to be trustworthy, but they passed with flying colors. I was quoted a price over double what they charged by the dealership.

Very impressed with Ed, the manager, and Judy, the administrator. They made me feel like they honestly wanted to do a quality job, even though it took longer because of difficulty getting parts.

The Shop in Texarkana, TX. Just completed a timely professional repair on my GMC AT4. Great employees, in the office and shop area. There are many collision repair shops in this area. I will always go back to Gerber.

Absolutely amazing. I genuinely love this place. I'd always go to them if I have troubles with anything. Everyone makes you feel cared for and at home. I'd consider them family. Especially the female that works at the front desk. She's so sweet and gentle. They constantly make sure my car is in good hands and do the best work yet.
