I initially went to Gerber for an estimate on damages to my vehicle as my insurance company partners with them. I chose Gerber to complete the repairs on my vehicle because of the professionalism and excellent customer service. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and professional. They were able to schedule the repairs to my vehicle very quickly, and explained in detail what repairs would need to be done, and about how long it would take. They kept me informed at every step of my vehicle's repairs and worked diligently to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. The repairs they did to my vehicle are excellent. Their customers service is exceptional. I would recommend Gerber for vehicle repairs.

I had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location. Kelly at the front desk was responsive, polite, and made scheduling efficient. When my rental car company didn't show up to pick me up as scheduled, she even drove me there herself. Great customer service! My estimator Kelly was equally wonderful, delivering my completed vehicle ahead of schedule. I hope to not need collision repair again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely return to the Melbourne (Hibiscus) Gerber!

I loved my experience at Gerbers. The office staff was so polite! They answered all of my questions. Sierra walked me around the car and inspected it thoroughly. I was given a very clear plan if action. Every day I received a call or a text with an update about my car. It was done in less than a week even though the estimate was for two weeks. I have already referred people to Gerbers and will continue to do so in the future!
