Believe me when I tell you that this Gerber location is the best in the game. The staff, David and Skippy went above and beyond to take care of my wife's 2024 BMW 430i Coupe. I took my Kia K5 over to Gerber Collusion to get it fixed after someone hit my car in a parking lot. They got it fixed up in a short amount of time and were very helpful. The employee that helped me the most was Guy, he made sure everything was fixed properly and kept communication throughout the process. We used the Gerber location in Clermont, Florida to effect repairs to our car resulting from a minor accident. Working with Gator (our estimator ) and Amanda ((the front desk coordinator) turned a depressing situation into a pleasant experience. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout the the entire process. When it came time to have our car left for repair, Gerber worked directly with our insurance company (USAA) to arrange to have a rental car company pick us up at the Gerber office to start the rental. They kept us well informed as to the status of the repair work and took possession of the rental car when we picked up our repaired car (looks great) at Gerber, eliminating the need for us to return the car ourselves to the rental car office. A pretty seamless and pleasant experience. I would recommend this Gerber office - ... and Gator and Amanda - to my friends if they need any auto repair work. read more

I stopped in yesterday after going to two other Gerber's, and was turned down because the appointment wasn't at their specific location for a customer pay estimate, but the young lady I believe her name was "Chari" was nothing but accommodating, she did it with a smile straight up told me it will cost over 2000, she informed I wouldn't get the estimate until next Monday but she sent it this morning at 6am! I'm a Surgeon here in town and come in contact with so many people, and her customer service and her presence is what every business owner strives to have in the front office, she made me feel like I knew her my whole life! Great job! Five stars for the lady in the front!
