Starting with dropping the car off for extensive repairs Bill informed us of what would be done and the process that would be used. I was kept informed of the repair status with text messages throughout the process. Bills estimate of the time it would take to complete this repair was right on target. My confidence that the repair was done correctly was not only with the outward look of the car but by Bill taking time to walk us through and explaining the photos that were taken throughout the entire repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of work, friendliness and professionalism by Bill and his team.
