I did though have an item (warning light) that required 3 return visits to get the issue resolved. Jeff and his team were very professional and did a great job in honoring their guarantee in resolving the issue.

Automotive care: Excellent - The replaced bumper looks like the original one. - Car's exterior and interior were cleaned following repair. Customer care: Excellent - Manager kept me up to date on the status of the completion of the bumper replacement. - Technician reviewed the work to be done before the repair was begun. - Technician reviewed the work that was done when I arrived to pick up the car. - Transportation was conveniently provided by Gerber to and from my home to enable me to leave the car with Gerber the number of days required.
