Our technical advisor Jim was in charge of detailing the damage to the vehicle with precision. He was very clear when explaining the process to repair our Kia Seltos, his work in making the estimate was fast, once the Insurance approval was received, they worked diligently to deliver the vehicle in perfect condition and in a time ahead of the originally offered time. We are pleasantly impressed because the work done was very professional and of high quality. It has been like new. I had been to this location when it was Wright Brother's Collision with my other vehicle. Now that it is Gerber Glass and Collision I was very pleased with the service I received, a little bit surprised at my vehicle when I came to pick it up, it looked brand new, the paint job was AWESOME !!! My adjuster Crystal and the GM Stephon were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We will bring all four cars here for any service we need in the future.
