I wanted to take a moment to comment on the wonderful service that I received at this Gerber location. I'd first like to say Debbie L, Toni and also Dana treated me with the utmost respect and care every time I called! Debbie was very thorough in her explanation of the damages, setting my expectations for the repair and also very prompt with notifications be it text or a phone call which works well with my busyness at work. The repair work and getting my car back is not the sum of my review, it's the service I got. Every time Toni answered the phone regardless of how busy it might have been, that was never passed off to me. Debbie's follow through on trying to get the car done sooner was not something I expected but appreciated! Lastly I want to say I stopped to drop off my car after thanksgiving and there was a huge potluck they had and ... what I observed is a team of people who's love for each other shines through in each interaction both internally and externally to me the customer. I was unable to access the text link to give feedback so I am giving it here: The repair work appears to be good quality. The customer service was excellent. The shop kept me adequately informed during the repair process. The vehicle was ready when it was promised. Thus far I have not had to return my vehicle for unscheduled rework due to an oversight or dissatisfaction. I would recommend the shop to a friend or family member. The Staff was very professional and had good communication skills. I would rate overall as a 10.
