Hitting a tree, I was in need of both auto body and glass repair. From the first day I met with secretary Sarah and adjuster Jeff I fully realized how lucky I was. They were totally professional. Each day of the three weeks they held my car, I was called by phone to explain exactly what step of the job they were on. I knew exactly when and what was being done on the car at that moment. Every question I had seemed to be anticipated by the staff there. I felt relaxed and in good hands for the entire time. When I was called to pick up the car, it was immaculate. Not one piece of broken glass in the rear of the car. The paint and color were like new. I received information on car care for the first month. Copies of the bill were clear and included both AAA insurance info and my collision responsibility.
