I also want to apologize to the staff, when my car got to their site I was under stress from the accident I had and was not very nice to them, they all were very comprehensive about my situation. We had a great experience with Gerber. Gerber painted the tri-coat pearl paint job on my car very well. I can't even tell where the ding in the door had been. We scheduled the repair and Gerber had it done within the time as promised. My daughter and both sons have all had bodywork done at Gerber. I would ONLY use Gerber in our area.

Kyle was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the email updates and phone calls along the way. Really great service. My only concern was that there was still some chipping around the door frame that wasn't touched up with paint. Kyle is supposed to follow up with me on this.

To Gerber Collision, I would like to thank the Durham store for the wonderful service that I received while my vehicle was being repaired...Jeff and Linda kept in contact with me via Phone and text messages...My vehicle was delivered before the date I was told it would be on...when picked up my vehicle I didn't expect it to look like it rolled of the dealer ship show room...that's how good it looked...Jeff walk around the vehicle with me and explain all what the guys in the bodyshop had to do to get my vehicle like new...I would also like to thank those guys as well... it is the ones behind the scene that makes a company like Gerber looks good and keep someone like me happy. I did not use my insurance. I brought down my garage door on the trunk of my car. Didn't pull car in far enough. The service was excellent and professional. Auto was repaired in like new condition. Can't tell there was a scratch and dent prior to Gerber's repair. All personnel were fun and business like. kudos to all.
