I had complete good service from Gerber. They called me more than anyone in any business has in the past. From start up, within 20 minutes of the accident scene to the final week of repairs saying, "Your car is ready". Taylor S handled my case including estimate, explaining more damage may be found once getting into the behind the obvious wreckage, and the cost dealings with State Farm Insurance. The body work was done and the entire car was cleaned so it now looks better than it has in a few years. And, all my questions were answered directly and completely. The work was done, and though I can't pinpoint it, it seems like they went beyond what I expected. I have no complaints because there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Gerber!

I dropped off my car on Thursday and on Friday they called and said it was ready. I said are you sure my car is ready ? I was shocked. I was worried it would be a rush job but to my surprise it was perfect. Can't even tell anything happened. Very Impressed with their work. Will only use them if body work is needed in the future. Went to the Bellevue location for bumper paint job. Jose, Amy and Rick were very helpful right from estimate to scheduling dropoff, rental car coordination and pickup after repair.
