This is not the first time I have brought vehicles for service, I returned because of the great job done to my vehicles and the ease of dealing with the people at Gerber in particular, Karl and Kelley, they handle dealing with the insurance company and arranging the rental car to be waiting for me when I brought my vehicle for repairs. Excellent work, had a accident with my passenger mirror. Took it to Gerber they did a estimate ordered the mirror painted it then I went in had it installed in less than 15 Minutes. Can't ask for anything better. No stress No worries. Would highly recommend. Evan was the best as he made the process very easy. Kim at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

Brian did a great job of wrapping the repair up for me very quickly -I got my car back the next day! :) The ladies in the office made sure the Enterprise shuttle was there shortly after repair drop off so I could get my rental car. The service I received at the Hickory Gerber Collision was wonderful. A usually tedious and 'painful' process was made to be very smooth and hassle free. I received daily phone calls and texts on that status of repair on my car. I also received text messages with pictures of what stage of the process my car was in. I greatly appreciated this and have never received such detailed information! I would absolutely go back here and recommend this establishment to others. Great work everyone and thank you!
