This was the first time I have every used Gerber Collision. I am very Pleased with the outcome of my vehicle and how AWESOME it looks! :) Job Well done! The customer service was very professional and courteous. I do have to say that the time it took to complete was a little extensive, although I did get it back a few days earlier than anticipated, which is always nice. Thank you much appreciated.

Gerber was wonderful! They kept us informed regularly. Our vehicle was available for pick up on the scheduled date. Megan worked with us all the way. We had an enjoyable experience. (if getting body work done is enjoyable)

The service was very quick. I have used Gerber before and was very satisified. The repair was very quick and I was very pleased with the final result. its a big asset being notified how the repair is coming along and when it will be completed. Chris who did the estimate was top notch and very personable and efficient.

I damaged the bumper of my parent's Cadillac while they were on vacation. I was referred to Gerber by a friend of my husband's. I was impressed by the friendly and personable staff at the front desk and with the way Michelle described what you were going to do to the car and why. I loved the diagrams ! When I picked up the car I was amazed that it looked so good and the inside was detailed much better than I could ever have done. My parents will not be able to tell that I damaged their vehicle by looking at it. I did tell them,,,, Great Job Guys !! Thank you !
