I had received several outrageous estimates from other local body shops... :( Customer Service agent Alicia B and technician John T were both amazing! Alicia greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease (in a comfortable chair in their beautiful, brand-new waiting room) while John expertly repaired our vehicle (on the spot in under 10 minutes)! It all happened so quickly that she didn't even charge me for this service. <:o Gerber Collision & Glass gets my highest rating!!!
