Second time this year due to sideswipe damage. The first was handled by MEEMIC insurance but the second was in some parking lot at an unknown time, so we 'out of pocketed' it. Just as great & friendly as the first time, so it was this time too. Seemed they went out of their way to schedule us according to our needs rather than their's!

Susan was wonderful during the whole process. She called me with the estimate and told me approximately how many days the repair would take. She also called to give an update on the car. Gus also walked me to my car with an umbrella as it was pouring outside the day my car was being picked up. The customer service was outstanding!

After an unfortunate run in while parking, my bumper came completely off. I was panicked at how much it would cost and where I would even go to fix it. Recommended by my dealership, Gerber was amazing! Not only was the service fast, friendly and professional, but my bumper was reattached free of charge! Overall a wonderful experience!
