The Woodstock Gerber location was completely responsive to all questions. First and foremost, they did an excellent job of doing a major repair to our SUV. Not only that. They were able to finish the repair several days early. A job extremely well done. Next time someone decides to light a cigarette and ram our SUV at full speed, I will only consider Gerber Woodstock as the place to go. Thanks!

WA - 3441 Thorndyke Ave W, Seattle - 10/2/15

I portion of my front bumper became dislodge from the frame due to catching on a wheelstop. I had duct taped it together in fear of it flying off on the freeway. I brought it into the shop hoping for a quick fix and Gerber (Fred) did NOT disappoint. Like an Orthopeadic Surgeon, he popped my bumper back into place and sent me on my way. Thank you Fred for your help. Very much appreciated.

I had my car repaired at this location, and wanted to compliment the estimator, Ben. Ben provided excellent customer service, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week of me speaking with him. He took the time out to call me to let me know when my car was in the shop being worked on. He also called me one day earlier than my promised return time to let me know that my car would be finished by the end of the day. He was a pleasure to speak and deal with and has exemplary customer service skills and is an asset to Gerber.

My company vehicle was hit from behind after a Gerber on site progressive agent worked up a claim report in 10 minutes we walked over to Gerber. The wonderful woman at the front desk set my repair for the next day. She said it would take 8 days. every 2 days I was updated. on the 7th day I was told tomorrow the truck would be completed. the next day, day 8 it was completed. and a perfect job. That's an amazing service response in my eyes. I will always recommend Gerber to anyone who needs their services. thank you

I have had my truck in there twice now, unfortunately for me, but these guys really treated me well. They do AWESOME work, top quality, and are there to make the customer happy! I have worked with Mike, one of the managers there, both times, and he is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what is going on with your vehicle, and if something isn't "perfect" in his eyes, he will do everything to make it that way. These guys are the best! Highly recommended!
