I went into the Douglasville, Ga location on Friday, October 9, 2015 and Mr. Jimmy made my day. I had a minor dent in my back bumper and he arranged for a technician to look at it while I waited and about 20 minutes later to my surprise the dent was gone and I was on my way. Mr. Monger's customer service was awesome!!! Thanks a million

Sarah took care of the process of getting my car to different locations with no harm or danger. Tommie the ending process and picking up my car was show in detail by Tommie. Gerber -Mcdonough ROCKS !! I had to drive 45 to a 1 hour both ways ....It was well worth it. I will recommend this location to EVERYONE!!
