My van was hit in a parking lot with no note from the vehicle driver that hit my van. I took it to Gerber since it was highly rated by my insurance company. An appointment was made over the phone. The personnel at Gerber che=ck the van out and gave an estimate. The van was sopposed to be ready on 2 Nov, but they completed the work and I had my van back on 30 Oct. Great work accurately done with extremely friendly personnel. I highly reccommend Gerber for any type of auto repair work.

My husband and I had ran over a cooler in the middle of the highway, which one would assume would not be very damaging. However, that dang cooler did a number on our car. Gerber was excellent from the start. They worked without insurance company, to get the car completed in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and we never felt that our car was in bad hands. When we got it back, it was done faster than we expected, and it was done well. They even washed the car, and cleaned the inside! If you're looking for a place that you'll feel comfortable leaving your car and will be happy with the result, Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw is by far the BEST place to take it!

Wonderful customer service from start to finish, both on the front end and behind the scenes. From the moment I walked in, I felt as if I was your #1 customer. Not only was I happy with your work on the repair, I was happily surprised that you took the extra time to cleaned the inside and outside of my car, from the dusty dashboard down to the tires and rims. The extra effort of cleaning the INSIDE of my car and making it smell fresh was the "cherry on top" that made me realize how much Gerber appreciates my business. Super impressed with the professionalism of the customer service as well as the quality of the repair. Justin very patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns prior to the service. The fact that anything had even happened to our left rear bumper was imperceptible after the work was complete. The "bonus" of detailing was also a nice touch.

This is a fantastic office. The entire staff goes out of their way to take care of your issues and to make you feel at home. Jason was the repair planner for my claim and was a complete professional. He explained the entire process in detail from beginning to end. They completed the repairs well ahead of expected and I am overjoyed with the end result.
