All of the staff that we dealt with were very professional and easy to work with. We worked most closely with Earl B. who gave us service way beyond the expected. He treated us like friends, and updated us daily on the progress of work being done. After the work was finished, our damaged vehicles looked like brand new. Jessica was absolutely great during this entire in process. She was able to do an estimate within hours of the accident as well as dropping off the car. Had a great experience with Gerber. The job they did on my car was phenomenal. I did not want to pay for blending on the paint & they did a near perfect job of matching it. It is a '97 model & looks brand new. I was paying for it myself & they worked very hard to find quality used parts for the repair. Becky at the front desk & Shawn were very helpful, attentive & friendly. I strongly recommend them for any auto repair needs.
