Gerber Collision & Glass amazed me - outstanding customer service (with a smile!), and utterly impressive work. My 2010 Toyota Camry was rear-ended. At first, the other party's insurance said it should be totaled because it would be too hard to find the parts, and too expensive. Kelly and the good folks at Gerber went to work and found the parts for my repair and made it work for the insurance company. They did an amazing, better-than-new job on it. And, I think they cleaned the inside of my car for me... I highly recommend these good folks. Highly. I can't say that enough. Highly!

Erica is amazing. She has taken over our case from your Wornall Rd location in Missouri after we got our car back from them and had a few issues 1) lose front door handle that wouldn't lock 2) check engine light. There was a small bit of confusion with the technicians and they took our car apart when we dropped it off for a cursory inspection and Erica was the consummate professional and she ordered a rental for us which was ready when we arrived. She even ordered a minivan to match our car we were dropping off. Erica has discovered that the previous shop did not do all the work that was said to be done and has been wonderful to work with so far. Thank you so much Erica!
