We were delighted with the communication from Gerber regarding the status of repairs and information on next steps. It can get confusing when several parties involved (2 insurance companies, 1 auto repair company, daughter (driver), parents (vehicle owner). Gerber did a great job of communicating and delivering quality repairs at the time they promised. Would definitely use them again and have/will recommended them to others.

The team that she has put together is excellent. I had an issue with a battery (dead cell). I didn't have to leave home to get problem solved.
