Ashley handed our claim very expertly and professionally. We were glad we were in her hands. I had just had my car totaled in July because the other driver who slammed into me had a vehicle that was not roadworthy (no brakes). My husband's vehicle, a 2006 Toyota Tundra, was hit by a deer in our neighborhood. As you can imagine, we are not in the market for a new vehicle, and I had begged Ashley to find a way to get the vehicle fixed (after market parts, etc.) and to get the cost low enough that USAA would not total it. She assured me she would be able to accomplish the task and, after some diligent research and hard work on her part, we picked up the truck a few days ago, clean as a whistle and all the work expertly done. Ken and I were very happy to find out that Gerber guarantees its work for the life of the vehicle. This was an ... unexpected surprise! Needless to say, we will be referring Gerber anytime someone is in need of a repair or collision work, and we will send them to Ashley Devens! Customer service was great. Lisa, Traci, JP, and Adam were very friendly and made my experience as painless as possible. I took my car in on a Thursday morning and my car was fixed and cleaned by Friday afternoon. They also were very flexible with my schedule, as the weather in Colorado made it hard to make it to my original appointment. Overall the service was great and I would definitely drive the extra 30 minutes to have my car fixed by Gerber Collision and Glass Morrison location.

Tim was very pleasant and explained in some detail the steps to get my car fixed. Thinking it would be a week job I was shocked when he told me 2 days. He even called to give me an update on the process of the repair. (No body does that to my knowledge). I picked up my car on the second day and it looked like the day I got it from the dealer.
