WOW! I am so happy with my service at the Highland Store. Rick W. Danielle, and Shawn were very professional and personable. The quote process was very quick and easy. This was my first experience with Gerber Collision and it required getting body damage repaired. Michael, my estimator, made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. From getting the perfect size rental to having my car already warm and ready at pickup; it was truly was a great experience. My car was also ready 2 days before the estimated pickup time. What a disaster! This was a progressive insured caused the crash I took my car to a progressive shop (not GERBER) and they repaired the body work only there was mechanical problem with my vehicle and they wouldn't help me at all pretty much told me to go awayita not related! I called my insurance USAA they told me to take it to Gerber I walked in fustrated and angry and Tina was there to help me with everything she assured me that they would take care of everything and help me out the best they could what a life saver she was, then she handed me off to Mark who was amazing got my car back today all fixed and i owe it all to the people who actually took time to help me Thank you very much Mark and Tina you guys were amazing!!!
