Unfortunately this was my second accident in 10 years (I was hit both times). There was more damage to this vehicle than my last , and Gerber returned it less than a week later! I cannot rate the service and caliber of work I experienced and saw at Gerber Collision (Jacksonville, NC) highly enough. Upon completion of the body work, they completely detailed my car (better than my long-time detailer) before I picked it up. Absolutely THE BEST. If you are unfortunate and have a collision please check out Gerber; you will not be disappointed.

The speed and quality of repair was great and convenience was made top priority! Bill W. was pleasant and helpful. I gave 4 stars because there seemed to be a lack of communication between the receptionist and Bill which caused me to wait a little longer on one occasion than I'd have liked.

This was my 1st time doing business with GERBER Collision & Glass (Laurel, MD) and unless my brand new Honda gets "violated by another careless driver", I should not require Gerber's services. This was one of the best experiences that I've had as a customer at all, and certainly the best experience I've had in an auto repair setting. Chris at the Burlington location was friendly and personable and explained the process perfectly. I really appreciated that everything was explained to enough detail that I could be confident that I knew what was going on, but not over explained to the point that it was patronizing. The work was done quickly and they coordinated everything with my insurance company and the rental car company. I would certainly recommend this location.

Gerber collision done a great job repairing my vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and I was kept up to date on the progress by phone and email. Bill W. was my contact person and he is very courteous and helpful. Gerber made a happy ending for me in a bad situation.
