Fantastic Experience at the Huntley Location. The new team there really have a good thing going with Matt H. The professionalism, thoroughness of the job from beginning to end, customer service from Brooke was above my expectations. My son's Kia Forte was stolen and was in bad shape. They really took care of fixing all the repairs, provide a thorough safety check of everything and made sure it was top notched detailed inside. We didn't even recognize the car when it was picked up. They provided me updated texts as it went through all the processes. The best experience I have had in years. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Huntley, IL.

Their patience w ME and reassurance each time I spoke w them....they had my car completed an entire week earlier than estimated...and again SO grateful because we needed the car for travel...the work completed was so detailed and Ryan took the time to explain each. I received a copy and told me to call ANYTIME if I had any questions or concerns....I jokingly stated...I mean NO disrespect BUT I do NOT want to see ANY of you again LOL...
