I was very satisfied with the work done on my 2010 Chevy Malibu. It was easy to find, all employees were helpful. (I have a handicap walking and one employee helped me to the door, it was very snowy and icy. Another helped me unload the car seat out of my car and one helped transfer it back to my car. ) Work was done in a timely fashion (even done a day earlier). The car was very clean when I picked it up and I got compliments on it, asking whether I got a new car. They have a rental agency right there (Enterprise) in which they had a rental for me to use. Gerber also kept me well informed as to how the work was progressing and when they anticipated the work to be completed. They also pushed to replace a part the insurance was not going to cover. The employees are all very friendly. I have mentioned Gerber Collision to many others and how ... great of an experience I had with your company.
