My car got rear ended. Their insurance recommended Gerber, 15 Elmgrove , Rochester, NY . Dan and the whole staff at Gerber were so fantastic. Rear Bumper Cover, Trunk lid, decals on lid and paint all wrapped up in about 4 Days. Door to door rental. And the car was washed so clean for me to pick up. Outstanding group. Matt was excellent. Great communication, polite, informative, called as well as texts to keep me updated. Matt explained the process, he called to let me know about parts that he ordered and the status of those parts arriving and at pickup explained everything about the life time warranty vans how to care for the paint. I would definitely recommend this location. I just wish they did routine maintenance as well. Great job Matt.
